Prices quoted do not include 7% sales tax and 6% bed tax - this is a total of 13% tax!  A security deposit is also required in most rentals in addition to an end-of-stay cleaning fee.  Although we do our best to keep information current, rates are subject to change without notice and are usually higher during special events such as the Nasdaq-100 Open (formerly the Ericsson Open Tennis), Christmas, New Years, Fourth of July,  etc.
